Customer Satisfaction and Refund Policy for Fine Art Prints
If you are not satisfied with your product, contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@samuelzlatarev.com with:

- Your name
- A detailed description of the problem
- Your order number
- Pictures of the issue

These details will help us resolve the issue quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to contact you.

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for damages caused by customer handling, storage, or treatment. We reserve the right to request the return of the product and, at our discretion, offer an exchange or reprint, issue store credit, take no action, or, as a last resort, offer a refund.

Please ensure the item is appropriately packaged, ideally using the original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs if the goods delivered are as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than 40, or in case of a higher price, if you have only provided partial payment agreed under the terms of the contract. Return mail is otherwise free of charge.

If the material needed for your order is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to give an approximate delivery date or suggest alternate product options.

Customer Satisfaction and Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not provide refunds or replacements if a product is functioning normally but the customer changes their mind. It is your responsibility to read all product descriptions and documentation before making a purchase.
If you have any issues with a product, contact us via our contact form or email. We will do our best to resolve any problems. Technical issues caused by third-party software or unrelated technical issues will not provide grounds for a refund.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion if the product is faulty and we cannot resolve the issue. Refunds on faulty products are available only within 30 days of purchase. We are not liable for any differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund. If a refund is granted, you agree to delete all provided materials.
