This is my first blog post and I think it should be something useful for everyone.
I always wanted to write and share (maybe that’s one of the reasons I started this site) I just love to share.
I’ve always liked to communicate with people. I liked to talk about ideas, about human lives and stories.
And as I mentioned that, let me share a story that grabbed me and motivated me to take a picture to express myself in a period that was with very ups and downs in that time.
This image was published in Dark Beauty Magazine, 1x.com, 35photo.ru, Imagism Magazine, and other publications with thousands of hundreds of followers.
One day while I was working I heard a story by Sean Buranahiran (@Sean_Buranahiran) about Japan.
“When a bowl is broken in Japan its put back together with cracks filled with gold creating a beautiful lining. This is the emphasis of beauty in what was once broken. They believe when something has suffered damage and has a history it makes it even more beautiful and the same goes for human beings. It’s up to us to choose to paint our struggles with gold and make it beautiful. The Japanese art of Kintsugi teaches that broken objects are not something to hide but to display with pride. ”
I had to find my own way to mix and show my thoughts and feelings and share it using photography and this is the result.
The dark girl represents the human created by a higher power and the golden jewelry is the weight and scars of our experience in our lives.
Inspiration is all around us. We just have to find it.
